As a part of the outdoors programme, children experience urban agriculture by cultivating veggies and fruits, which comprise maybe a small but most important portion of our kitchen input. During the day we provide lunch, morning and afternoon snacks.

The meals are prepared in the school kitchen with love and fresh inputs, using mostly Mediterranean recipes. We serve homemade yogurt and ayran and organic eggs, wholegrain bread.

No prefabricated food or soft drinks are allowed.
